Processing & Shipping Times

In-Stock Items

  • Orders are processed within 1 calendar day (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once shipped, delivery is typically completed within 14 days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Custom or Made-to-Order Goods

(Some products may require personalization or special processing.)

  • Processing time will not exceed 20 days.

  • Once processed, shipping time will not exceed 7 days.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods

Missing or Damaged Items

If your package is missing items or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged packaging (if applicable)

    • Photo of the packing slip (for missing item claims)

    • A description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

Packaging Damage Disclaimer

If external packaging is damaged but the product remains fully functional, the order is not eligible for a replacement or refund.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  1. Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

  2. Provide us with:

    • Proof of loss or

    • The carrier’s formal claim confirmation

Claims for “delivered” packages cannot be processed after 7 days from the stated delivery date.


Order Modification

You may request order changes (address, quantity, product selection) within 12 hours of placing your order.

After 12 hours, your order may already be preparing for shipment and modifications may no longer be possible.


Order Cancellation

Cancellations may be processed within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, cancellation may no longer be possible if the order has entered the shipping process.
