At May Cosmetics, we believe finding the perfect foundation should be effortless. That’s why we offer a 30-day foundation trial—if the shade, texture, or coverage isn’t quite right, you may return it with no questions asked.
Your satisfaction comes first, and we’re here to help you feel confident in your skin.
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order for foundation products under our trial policy, and within at least 14 days of receiving the items for all other eligible products, in compliance with consumer regulations.
To qualify for a return:
Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
All tags, seals, and protective liners must be attached.
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage may be rejected.
Returns for bundles must generally include all bundled items.
Please note: Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control and are not valid reasons for a return.

We offer a streamlined Self-Service Return process:
Once you request a return, we will confirm the return shipping cost.
After you approve the cost, our support team will send you a registration link.
You must provide a valid reason and clear supporting evidence.
Our Returns Team will inspect the item upon receipt.
You will be notified of the outcome via email.
May Cosmetics reserves the right to deny any return lacking sufficient explanation or accurate documentation.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect, defective, or damaged item).
Once the return cost is approved, we will provide the link to begin the return.
The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong color or variant, we will fully cover the return shipping costs.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to report the issue.
Once we receive and inspect your return:
You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 calendar days, minus the agreed return shipping cost.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.
If you’d like to exchange an item:

Once approved, we’ll send an invoice for the return shipping cost and any price difference.
After payment, you’ll receive a link to register your return—select “Exchange.”
Once received and inspected, we will issue store credit so you can reorder your preferred item.
May Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse returns that:
Do not meet our eligibility guidelines
Have been opened, used, or damaged
Are not in their original packaging
Arrive outside the eligible return window
Are shipped to any address other than the one provided through our return portal
